Relax and Have a Tea

Nothing is easier than finding an hour for yourself before going to bed and enjoying a delicious tea that will pleasantly soothe you!
 
To prepare 1.4 oz. / 40 g. tea you will need:
0.35 oz. / 10 g. poppy blooms
0.35 oz. / 10 g. hops
0.35 oz. / 10 g. St. John’s wort tops
0.35 oz. / 10 g. lemon balm tops
 
Place one teaspoonful of the mixture into an 8.5 Fl oz. / 250 ml. cup, pour over with water at 158°F / 70°C and infuse for about ten minutes, then strain it through a fine sieve. Drink up to three cups a day.
